It’s probably because it’s all blocked up!
Take the draw out by giving it hard pull. Then take as many parts as possible off it and give it all a good clean.
A great tip is to put it all in the dishwasher

i have zanussi zwf 16070w and it does not empty the fabric conditioner, it’s all left there at the end of the wash.can you help?thank you

We have a 6 year old LG which is making a whirring sound, the drum spins freely by hand but once switched one ie: spin cycle it makes this sound. Any suggestions before we call out an enigineer

perhaps some of the rug has got caught in between inner and outer drum. probably best an engineer looked at this one

that is a strange problem. what light is flashing… it might help diagnose the fault. but i feel you may require an engineer to diagnose this machine as at this point it could be a number of problems

i have an idesit wil103. the problem is its stop so many minutes in to the wash and my washing is soaked still, its flashing the red light. but if i leave the washer off a whole day and try it next day it washes fine. but i do a second load in the same day it wont work nd flash the red light. please help me

My fiance washed a bathroom rug by it’s self and now it makes a grinding noise and turns very slowly. it will still fill and drain ok. Is this something I can fix?
