I have a Whirlpool 6th Sense Washing Machine Model AWOE 8759B which was purchased in April
2010. No error messages have ever come up and the machine has developed a terrible noise when spinning sounds like it is going to take off. When the drum is empty and I turn it manually it still
makes a noise as if somwthing is catching. I have had the engineers out to diagnose the problem
verdict bearings have gone so will have to replace the drum as well as it comes in 1 unit. Water has been dripping on the motor so that will also have to be replaced. I have always purchased Whirlpool products as my last washing machine and microwave lasted rounghly 15yrs with no problems that is why I went for the same make. Big mistake product obviously not as good as it used to be I won’t touch it again. I have been shocked by the reviews i have read tonight.
