Hi, My washing machine is the Whirlpool AWO/D6728 and it makes the most horrendous noise when spinning. on the last cycle there was a rather unsettleing crunch and the spin stopped. there is no error message but im worried about using it again. Any suggestions?
Its 18months old and we already had Whirlpool come out and replace the whole drum after 3 months due to damaged bearings and he explained to me that this model has the whole unit drum and bearings an all in one piece, would it be cheaper to replace the machine?

my whirlpool awod6727 shows error code f07 when i either try to run machine empty or with very little in it. always happens and doesnt matter what temp or what program. we think its done it for ages. i just want to do the once a fortnight or so empty clean of the machine to rid it of smells etc. please help as i would like to what it is and if i have a problem looming. many thanks steve

F13 means yours washer door is locked don’t worry just hit next to door lock when washer is on off position the door will open remove laundry and start the washer again it will work .if problem comes again change the door switch it wll be ok.
